Byteworks Ltd is acquired, providing a boost to Expert IT through established systems and infrastructure.
Expert IT hires its first employee, beginning a team that continues to grow and thrive.
Expert IT expands to a team of four engineers, with some team members still contributing to the company today.
To support growth, SOHO Systems — a well-established NZ company with a 20-year history — is acquired.
Expert IT relocates to a newly decorated Wiri office designed specifically for an IT environment.
SIP Technologies is acquired, allowing Expert IT to offer enhanced telephony solutions. Expert IT rebrands as Expert IT Group, encompassing Expert IT and Expert Voice.

Upgraded office to Manukau City Centre, Cavendish Drive — a premium workspace to match a growing team.
Expert IT acquires Big Foot, a web design and digital marketing company, launching Expert Online to enhance service offerings.
